Jeszara Equestrian Jewellery is a trading name of Jeszara Farm and Timber Ltd, Ballinowlart South, Rathangan, Co. Kildare, R51 XH39. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information in line with the GDPR. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

We use your data to process and deliver your orders, communicate with you about your order or enquiry, and comply with our legal obligations, such as keeping tax and accounting records. The legal basis is performing our contract with you, our legal obligations and, for analytics, your consent.

Card payments are handled securely by Bank of Ireland Unified Payments (Global Payments) and WooPayments. Your card details go straight to the payment provider and are never stored on our website. The payment provider may use information about your device to prevent fraud.

Only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site, for example which pages and products are viewed, what is added to the basket and whether an order is completed. We do not use this to identify you. We also use Google Search Console to monitor how the site appears in Google search, which does not use cookies on your device.

We do not sell your data. We only share it where necessary to run the shop:
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on safeguards approved under EU law, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep order records for as long as Irish tax and accounting law requires, normally six years. Contact form messages are kept for up to 12 months unless they relate to an order. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Under the GDPR you can ask to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email lyndsey@jeszaraequestrianjewellery.com. We will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
